Respond to support requests made in person, by phone and email. Document trouble-tickets and resolutions. Support users with network printers, scanners, mobile devices and digital telephones as well as with audit and visual display equipment.
Perform cross domain file transfers. Perform account administration, distribution list administration, mailbox administration for network and email access
Install, operation, maintain and provide user assistance with MS operating systems, MS Office applications and select other commercial software packages
Create user accounts and emails, configure new workstations and voicemail boxes, and provide access to network resources and instructions to all new employees
Install and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, scanners and printers
Relocate desktops, running network cabling within the office, and provide general infrastructure support
Coordinate the collection and recycling of electronic-waste
Track and document IT inventory
