An analysis of a clearly defined business problem with supporting quantitative and qualitative costs to the business and the benefits that will be derived through solving the problem.

Process Innovations
Specific solutions designed to correct the identified business problem and lead to significant benefits for the organization; including changes to business processes, technology, organization structure, business practices and policies, reward and compensation systems, and performance measures and standards.

Business Case for Change
A cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment to support the decision to implement the process innovations.

Implementation Plan
The specific activities, responsibilities, resource needs, time requirements, dependencies and risks for key deliverables within each phase of implementation.

Implementation Support
Specific consulting activities that will support the customer-led implementation of the Blueprint; such as project management and monitoring, communication development, technology development and implementation, leadership coaching, and training development and implementation.
