Key Outcomes

Assessment of the Corporate Strategy
An analysis that determines the clarity of the corporate strategy and the extent to which the organization understands the strategy. We will develop recommendations for improving clarity and communication of the strategy.

Current Environment Analysis
Assessment of the current business processes within core business areas. Through the assessment we identify quick-fix opportunities, bottlenecks, inconsistencies, redundancies, accountabilities, responsibilities, and any other information necessary to target areas for improvement.

Assessment of the hardware, software, and communications that are currently used to enable the current business operations and the extent to which it supports or detracts from the performance of those operations.

Blueprint for Change
A detailed design for the new business operations, including critical changes to business processes, technology, organization structure, business practices and policies, reward and compensation systems, and performance measures and standards.

Implementation Plan for Quick Fixes
Describes the specific activities, responsibilities, resource needs, time requirements, dependencies and risks and benefits for each quick fix opportunity identified.

Blueprint Implementation Plan
Describes the specific activities, responsibilities, resource needs, time requirements, dependencies and risks for key deliverables within each phase of implementation.

Implementation Support
Specific consulting activities that will support the customer-led implementation of the Blueprint; such as project management and monitoring, communication development, technology development and implementation, leadership coaching, and training development and implementation.
