Our Capabilities
Application development is the most significant segment of business activity for InterImage. We have extensive experience that touches on each element of the software development life cycle beginning with requirements definition and analysis, followed by formulation of the design, prototyping and development of code, integration and test of completed components, and deployment of the application.

Many customers have directed tasking associated with application reconstruction in the transformation to a web-enabled environment. We also provide maintenance for applications in production environments.

InterImage also has personnel skilled with various enterprise-wide, mission critical COTS software including ERP and business intelligence software packages. We assist our customers to implement, upgrade or web-enable COTS software to ensure that their business systems function effectively and that they can extract the information they need to support their business processes and reporting needs.

InterImage is expert in the application of third party relational databases and database development tools. We are skilled at assembling diverse third party applications, in modular fashion, to achieve robust, cost effective solutions to our customers needs. We are also expert at analyzing requirements and making recommendations on such diverse third party tools as web server software, decision support software, content and document management software and associated hardware to improve access, performance and security, and at monitoring software and hardware to assure continued performance excellence.

As we follow documented processes in accomplishing these activities according to the principles of CMMI Level 2, documenting requirements, design, and test information is integral to our approach. Creation and maintenance of user, system, database, and training documents that contain procedural information for installation, configuration, and administration is provided for all major projects.

Our Solutions
InterImage identified, designed and developed Qwest Communication’s first extranet application. The application transformed the company’s process for exchanging information with external collection agencies and created a new paradigm for how collection agencies interfaced with their customers.

InterImage has implemented solutions that required design and development or integration of e-business applications, web-enablement of existing legacy applications, and integration of databases to support enterprise information systems, financial systems, human resource systems, productivity and reporting systems. Our employees are skilled with a wide variety of tools, languages, databases and technologies.

For Navy Personnel Command, InterImage developed an enterprise-wide web-based application for managing incarcerated personnel. It was an overwhelmingly success in improving productivity and reducing IT support costs, and was named the DOD standard.
