InterImage Supports Human Capital Planning for the Navy

InterImage’s Business Process Practice recently completed a six month study of work load forecasting processes for the Naval Sea Systems Command Division responsible for providing leadership, business policy, process control management and support across the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC) enterprise worldwide.

InterImage was tasked with determining what workload, manning and skills forecasting/management tools and procedures would be needed to improve the process across the enterprise. InterImage conducted interviews with multiple stakeholders and reviewed existing processes and tools currently in use.

The InterImage study, which reviewed current practices and tools and made recommendations for the future, was delivered to the Assistant Deputy Commander for RMCs,.
