InterImage Upgrades FTC’s Data Analysis and Reporting

The FTC hired InterImage, Inc. to modernize their enterprise reporting tools. InterImage initially conducted an audit of existing reports and interviewed users to understand usage pattern, audience and forecast for additional data uses. InterImage than migrated more than 300 reports to the latest version of Business Objects, to include porting the reports to the web using Web Intelligence (WEBI). InterImage assessment also uncovered the need for a new repository security structure, and customized a highly secure solution that was integrated into the Agency’s model for on-going operational support. InterImage provided training throughout the Agency to introduce report writers to the new platform.
