InterImage Acquires Canal Bridge Consulting

ARLINGTON, VA (JUNE 30) – InterImage, Inc., a custom software and web/database application development company located in Arlington, VA, has announced the acquisition of Canal Bridge Consulting, LLC of Bethesda MD.

Canal Bridge is a Management consulting firm with expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering and training. The acquisition represents a 20% increase in InterImage’s revenues and enables InterImage to fully support process and technology transformations in customer environments.

Despite the stressed economic environment of the last few years InterImage has strengthened its cash position, allowing InterImage to pursue its goal of expanding capabilities and growth though acquisitions. The acquisition expands InterImage’s client base to include the SBA, Institute of Museums and Library Sciences, and New York State in the Government sector as well as new customers in the private sector.
