Executive Staff
Our management team and technical staff is comprised of highly skilled
professionals experienced in software and systems development, management
consulting, IT strategy, and systems implementation. With
backgrounds drawn from multiple industries and government, our staff brings
a unique and valuable breadth and depth of knowledge to our customers.
Leslie Steele, CEO
Ms. Steele has over 20 years of management experience focused on project
management, financial management, and mentoring. Ms. Steele provides
executive leadership to the InterImage staff in service delivery. Under her
leadership, the Company has achieved CMMI Level 3, ensuring a
consistent methodology and high quality project management provided on all
of the Company’s projects. Ms. Steele’s work has included conducting
Business Process Reengineering; leading systems analysis, requirements and
user testing efforts for enterprise systems; and managing large software
development efforts. A Fed 100 recipient, Ms. Steele has been active in
industry associations, including serving as Chair of IAC, a
Board member of AFFIRM, and Vice President of IT
Days for AFCEA Bethesda. Ms. Steele has a BS in
Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA
from Duke University.
John Steele, Founder
John Steele was responsible for the initial concept and founding of
InterImage. His vision of Intranets was instrumental in creating the
strategic direction of the Company. With over 20 years of management
experience in high technology environments, Mr. Steele determines the
strategic direction of the Company and identifies new technologies and
services. His project work has included network planning, network design and
strategic planning for technology deployments. Prior to founding InterImage,
Mr. Steele formed and ran a Patent Research business for 12 years, providing
law firms and major corporations with information regarding the
patentability of inventions and the validity of previously issued patents.
During this time Mr. Steele gained experience in a wide array of modern
technologies and participated in the event of determining the synergistic
combination of different technologies.
David Holliday, VP, Technology Services
Mr. Holliday has over 28 years in the IT industry focused on
software solution development. Mr. Holliday provides technical oversight and
guidance on projects. His expertise in software solution architecture,
solution development methodologies and practices, and team development and
dynamics helps ensure that InterImage project teams stay on target for the
solutions they develop for our customers. Mr. Holliday is expert in
architecting and developing BPM, Case Management and integrated
software solutions. He was the chair of the CMMI Engineering
Process Group while at Tetra Tech. He is a certified Federal Enterprise
Architect and President of the Metastorm Mid-Atlantic User Community.
