Developing Mission Critical Applications at the FTC

For the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), InterImage has completed software development projects under numerous task orders, to include the following:

  • Consumer Sentinel - an internet/extranet application that collects consumer complaint and fraud information from the public and organizations such as Better Business Bureaus.  The application provides law enforcement offices in various federal agencies, states and other countries secure, web-based access to conduct investigations and trend analyses on collected data.
  • Matter Management System–a mission critical backbone application that supports two of the FTC’s primary functions: tracking consumer complaints and approving company mergers.
  • Do-Not-Call Datamart- a data mart to house consumer complaint information about telephone call solicitations in violation of the National Do Not Call (DNC) law.
